CII is offering Certificates, Diploma, Advanced Diploma in Insurance

For basic course in Risk Management any member can undertake the following courses from CII

Certificate level unit (I11) Introduction to risk management – this unit gives a comprehensive introduction to the world of risk management by outlining the important issues surrounding risk management and the many factors that might increase an organisation’s exposure to risk. On successful completion students will receive 15 certificate level CII credits and a record of achievement which they can use towards completion of further CII studies. Diploma level unit – (M67) Fundamentals of risk management – the objective of this unit is to explore the principles of risk management and the role of insurance within these principles. On successful completion students will receive 25 diploma level CII credits and a record of achievement which they can use towards completion of further CII studies. Advanced Diploma level unit – (992) Risk management in insurance – the objective of this unit is to develop an understanding of the management of risk within the context of an insurance operation. This unit is tested by coursework assessment which includes a series of assignments. On successful completion students will receive 30 advanced diploma level CII credits and a record of achievement which they can use towards completion of further CII studies.
