Aravo Introduces Human-Centred Third-Party Risk Framework

Aravo has launched the Aravo Experience Framework, a new approach to third-party risk management designed to improve collaboration between organisations and their external partners while strengthening risk controls.

The framework focuses on creating a more human-centred experience for managing third-party relationships, recognising that effective risk management depends not only on technology and processes but also on engagement between people across organisations.

Third-party ecosystems have become increasingly complex as businesses rely on suppliers, vendors, contractors and service providers for critical operations. This dependence has increased exposure to risks including cybersecurity threats, regulatory non-compliance, operational disruptions, financial instability and reputational damage.

The Aravo Experience Framework aims to address these challenges by improving how organisations interact with third parties during risk assessment, onboarding, monitoring and remediation processes.

The company said traditional third-party risk management approaches often create friction through lengthy questionnaires, manual processes and limited communication. A more collaborative approach can help organisations collect better risk information while maintaining stronger relationships with suppliers.

The framework combines technology-enabled workflows, improved user experiences and risk intelligence to help organisations manage third-party relationships more efficiently.

Effective third-party risk management requires continuous monitoring rather than one-time assessments. Organisations need to understand changing supplier conditions, emerging threats and regulatory requirements throughout the relationship lifecycle.

The launch reflects the growing importance of third-party risk as businesses become more interconnected. Supply chain disruptions, cyber incidents and regulatory expectations have made supplier governance a key priority for enterprise risk teams.

By focusing on both risk control and stakeholder experience, the framework aims to help organisations build stronger, more resilient third-party ecosystems.
