Australian cybersecurity organisation BlueApache has launched the world’s first Human Risk Management as a Service (HRMaaS) platform, developed in partnership with Mimecast, to help businesses tackle human‑centric cyber risks more effectively. The new solution combines behavioural analytics, threat intelligence, and artificial intelligence to assess and reduce vulnerability associated with human actions — often the weakest link in cybersecurity.
The HRMaaS platform uses real‑time data to identify risky user behaviours, predict potential insider threats, and provide actionable insights for security teams. According to BlueApache, the service will enable organisations to move beyond traditional technical defences and build a deeper understanding of how human behaviour intersects with organisational risk.
Cybersecurity experts say the initiative reflects a growing recognition that people, processes, and technology must all be aligned to manage risk effectively. By offering this capability as a service, BlueApache aims to help enterprises enhance resilience, improve risk awareness, and strengthen their overall security posture in an era of increasingly sophisticated cyber threats.
