Dataiku has launched Agent Management, a standalone platform designed to give enterprises visibility and governance across their growing portfolios of artificial intelligence agents. The move addresses what the company describes as “agent sprawl”, where employees can create AI agents faster than central teams can monitor or govern them. Dataiku’s 2026 research found that 87% of UK technology leaders believe employees create AI agents faster than central teams can govern them, while 53% said an AI agent had violated policy and directly affected customers. Only 49% said they could produce an audit trail for AI decisions.
The platform is designed to monitor agents across multiple technology environments rather than only within one vendor ecosystem. It tracks certification status, risk factors, automated testing and audit trails, while providing visibility into how agents interact with customers, process sensitive data and execute live transactions. Dataiku said more than two-thirds of UK businesses in its research take over 24 hours to contain a problematic AI agent, highlighting the operational challenge created by unmanaged deployments.
Agent Management is scheduled for general availability in October 2026, with integrations planned for platforms including AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Salesforce Agentforce, Snowflake Cortex and Databricks Agents, alongside OpenTelemetry support for custom environments. The development highlights a broader shift in AI governance from managing individual models towards portfolio-wide oversight, ownership, monitoring, auditability and risk controls as organisations deploy interconnected AI agents across business processes.
