Trustero has launched Trustero Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), extending its artificial intelligence-powered governance, risk and compliance (GRC) platform to help organisations assess risks associated with vendors and business partners. The new capability is designed to reduce the manual effort involved in collecting, reviewing and evaluating third-party risk documentation.
The TPRM solution combines an agentic orchestrator with Trustero’s existing AI engine. Customers can establish risk tiers that determine the depth of assessment required for different vendors. For higher-risk vendors, assessments can include ISO 27001 certification, proof of insurance, funding information and cloud-specific questions.
The platform uses AI to review vendor attestations, security questionnaires and other information against an organisation’s own risk policies and provide a recommended risk determination for human review. It also tracks outstanding requests, assigns owners and escalation paths, and coordinates activities requiring external systems or human intervention.
Trustero said integrating TPRM with its existing compliance platform is intended to prevent vendor-risk information from becoming siloed across separate systems. The company emphasised that human review remains part of the process, with AI handling documentation analysis and first-pass assessment.
The launch reflects the growing role of AI in third-party risk management as organisations seek faster and more structured approaches to vendor due diligence.
